In der Mitte Malaysias, in Taman Taming Jaya bei Balakong, ist die MAPAL Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. ansässig. 2008 gegründet, engagieren sich die Teams hier für Kundinnen und Kunden in ganz Malaysia und Singapur. Unterstützung bekommen sie von einem Büro im Norden des Landes.
Die rund 20 Kolleginnen und Kollegen in Malaysia bieten das gesamte Produkt- und Leistungsspektrum von MAPAL an, dazu umfassende technische Unterstützung. Für noch mehr Service schleifen wir außerdem Vollhartmetallwerkzeuge von MAPAL wie auch von Mitbewerbern nach, um den Bedürfnissen unserer Kundinnen und Kunden gerecht zu werden. So können wir unsere Kundinnen und Kunden auch im After-Sales-Service bestmöglich betreuen.
Der Erfolg von MAPAL gebührt dem Einsatz unserer Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter. Wir unterstützen sie, wo wir können. Daher bilden wir, wie an allen MAPAL Standorten, auch in Malaysia aus und fördern unsere Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter durch regelmäßige Schulungen und Weiterbildungen. Our company has grown as a family business – and we feel just like a big family. That’s why we also want to celebrate together. We encourage our employees to be healthy. Specialists from the occupational health service advise and support our employees in order to prevent and treat illnesses. They also offer various preventive examinations.
We’re also happy to support sporting activities employees take up outside the workplace. For example, we pay part of the entry fees for various swimming, running and cycling competitions or provide you with team clothing.
